I haven't seen it yet, but the CG might be 30fps which would mean the Blu-ray would have to be 1080i as 1080p30 isn't supported by the format.

Or it could have been produced in SD, I believe the HD broadcasts are upconverts. We'll have to wait and see.

So? The first volumes of Macross and Code Geass had _1_ episode on them and sold for 5000 yen.

It's the same pricing as all the BVUSA releases: 6000 yen for 2 eps, 7350 for 3 eps. 5000 or so for 1 episodes (probably with 2 or 3 versions of that episode).
