Skip Beat! Episode #19 (http://www.mania.com/skip-beat-episode-19_article_113180.html)
reviewed by John H. Zakrzewski
released by Crunchyroll
It's not currently showing the front page, but there is a review of the newest Skip Beat!
Summary:
Even without the aid of serious dramatic buildup, the episode demonstrates how instances of meaningful change can be delivered, once appropriate material has been laid to form a solid foundation upon which to work. Since much of the story for this three-part arc had already been exhausted in the previous two episodes, precious little room existed for any major plot expansion, leaving the final payoff dependent on the ability to synthesize the various cumulative elements into a final substantive outcome. Admittedly, the overall ride was a bit rough, but it’s good to see Episode #19 managed to bring everything together in a thoughtful manner.
Of course, with a major hurdle in Kyoko’s life now seemingly cleared, it’ll be interesting to watch where things progress from here out.
