Bandai Entertainment Inc. and Kadokawa Pictures USA announced at Wondercon that the LUCKY STAR OVA would be released in North America. Based on the manga by Kagami Yoshimizu, Lucky Star has already been adapted to anime as a 24 episode series currently available on DVD from Bandai Entertainment and Kadokawa Pictures USA.
