So uhh...two...no, three things.

A) Can anyone make a stab at what the title is?

B) Doesn't that girl look just like Eri from Aika R-16?

C) Isn't that the school uniform from Aika R-16?

I can't answer any of your questions in the full post, but after checking this link the first thing I noticed is what happens when I hover the mouse cursor over the image of the girl on the site. From school girl outfit to swimsuit!

Oh god, that title (if it is the title; if they had a title, I would think ANN would have mentioned it) is a nightmare to make out. It looks like its all katakana, so I'm working on it... but good god, that's a pain to make out.

It just says Studio Fantasia.

At any rate, I'm game. She has the same designs as Stratos 4, which is a good mental connection for me.

Okay, the katakana sound roughly like "Studio Fantasia", so yeah, its not a title.

Edit: Damn, something beat me to it. I suspected that was the case. It took me a while since I had to do some annoying mental flips to mentally "correct" them and figure them out.

I'll confess that the only reason I even noticed the "school outfit to swimsuit" thing was because I actually tried to save the image in question.

Given that I only watched a fraction of that series and never finished it, the Stratos 4 connection doesn't meant too much for me. Regardless I do like her design. So I guess it works from that angle.

Just so you know, the blog post that announces the new series does not explicitly link the image and the new series. In fact, it mentions the image in relation to the site revamp, not the series announcement, so given the familiar design and the flashy company logo, I think it's more likely that the image is just a new company mascot-like picture for the front page. I could be wrong, but that's my impression at the moment.

I like some of Studio Fantasia's stuff, though, so I'm looking forward to the actual announcement.
