neowing doesn't seem to indicate that there's any subtitle. You might want to wait a bit for more information.

LOL, I feel your pain because I'm in the same boat. It is probably 2x13 kind of a thing... but if it has English subs, I think my 81900 yen is theirs.

I'm really hoping they'll release it here as well- I liked what I saw of it in the first few episodes, but wasn't willing to pay the price they had for the 24-hour rental on the PS3.
