I'm having a hard time remembering - but what is the quota of tentacle scenes per episode on average for Indian Summer? I can barely remember the tentacle scenes in Indian Summer the way the tentacle scenes in To-Love-Ru left such a deep impression on me.

I don't know how many times it happens. I just remember that reoccurring gag where the shrine maidens have the giant octopus attack that one girl.

Bubblegum Crisis 2040. I can remember 3 scenes;

1) This is implied more than shown. When Linna & Nene are trapped in the boomer tower, & t waiting for Sylia & Priss to rescue them, their hard suits are taken over & become groping/probing tentacles. We are shown the tower (made of rogue boomers) becoming tentacly on the outside,..& the girls faces blushing.

2) When the Knight Sabers are trapped in a room in their old (OVA Mk2 design) hard suits, tentacles are pinning them down. They have to get out of their suits to escape..and that's the end of 2040s most obvious tribute to the OVAs.

3) Galataea has Priss trapped, corrupts her new (2040 exclusive) hard suit & the suit melds into the rest of the all-boomer mecha with tentacles rising from the floor. Priss is snared penetrated (blushes), & stabbed by the tentacles, before breaking free & being rescued by her motoslave.
