I haven't seen it as a mini-poster or wall scroll before, but I think I've seen it as a clear file and either as a folded poster insert or an alternate manga volume cover in Gene-X magazine.

I've seen it available as wallpaper at a much higher resolution. I remember one of the comments was that this was like every otaku fetish getting their revenge at the same time. I remember thinking what? And then looking at the image again and realizing he was right for the most part.
