Overall, I liked the Dragonball series better than the Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT. In this thread I really want to talk about the pros and cons of Dragonball Z and GT. And, I really want to hear your opinions you Dragonball fans !!!
These are the pros of Dragonball Z and GT:
1. I love the strong bond between Gohan and Piccolo as master and student.
2. Finally, Vegeta and Goku bonded a little (took a long damn time)
3. Bulma and Vegeta is a very cute, odd couple.
4. Full blooded saiyans never die.
5. Hopefully, there is a Dragonball AF series.
6. Goku's father is stronger than Vegeta's father.
7. Overall, Vegeta didn't want to be like his father but was determine to become the strongest warrior in the universe.
8. The fighting scenes between Frieza and SSJ1 Goku, and between SSJ2 Vegeta and SSJ2 Goku were my favorites.
9. Goku never died in DBGT.
10. Frieza and Cell were defeated.
11. The Buu saga was very amusing.
These are the cons of Dragonball Z and GT:
1. Why everything have to surround around Goku? (He's very annoying at times)
2. Poor Chi Chi is always left behind with the kids. Goku always leave her because he have to train or save the damn world.
3. Many would think that Goku is the strongest warrior in the world. But, in some cases he's not. At the beginning of Dragonball Z, Vegeta could have kick his butt in Oozaru form. Also, SSJ2 Gohan was way stronger than Goku in the Cell Saga because he have special powers.
4. Pan and Bra never turned super saiyan.
5. No one have no respect for Piccolo in the Buu Saga and Dragonball GT (don't forget that he was also a strong warrior too).
6. Gohan never fully used his special powers.
7. Dragonball GT made Vegeta look like a punk and a super softy.
8. Dragonball GT lacked information about what happened during those 100 years after Goku left.
9. Goten is a weakling.
10. DBGT made Gohan look like a bookworm.
11. What happened to future Trunks after he defeated Cell and the Androids in his future time? Did future Trunks and his mother wished back his father and his friends back to life?
