Uhhhh..... so its voiced in Korean, then subtitled in Japanese.

I have enough to watch this season already, so that's more than enough of an issue for me to just drop this in about 45 seconds. Not the Japanese text on screen (which actually doesn't bother me at all) but the fact that the spoken dialogue is isn't in Japanese. I'll watch dubs on occasion (and its actually my preferred track in a select few cases, like Black Lagoon) but I pretty much need the Japanese dialogue otherwise.

Well, I'm glad that decision was really easy to make, because I really didn't want to add anything to my list of shows to watch anyway.

Not that I have plans to try it, but I have to admit that it's kind of amusing that they're doing that. That being said I'm used to watching anime either in Japanese or English, with other languages used for the occasional word.

In a season with less to watch, I would have continued watching. Or if I had more of an interest in it or the type of series it was to begin with. The language alone wouldn't necessarily turn me off. It'd be willing to watch animation in Korean (or Chinese, or whatever) if it looked good, I had an interest and I didn't have too much to watch already.

But in this case, I'm currently watching 18 other shows from this season alone, plus 4 carryovers (not including 2 shows with a couple episodes left for whatever reason) and I didn't have much of an interest in the series going in. I needed a good reason to watch past the first episode and was all but looking for reasons to drop it immediately. And it immediately handed me a gold plated ticket to Dropville.

I figured this would be in Korean since the big draw for the legions of dorama fans was that they got the same live-action actor to voice the main character. He can speak Japanese, but he has a heavy accent.

Maybe it'll get a Japanese dub when released to disc format.
