Akikan's Kakeru Daichi is awesomely hilarious. He frequently makes lewd jokes(his exahnge with Airin Kizaki is amzing) and is constantly using double entendres especially when talking to Melon. Is there any other anime character like him?

Maburaho is an interesting choice, for similar reasons. The series is full of quotes that sound very sexual/dirty, but turn out to be double entendres (that are actually very innocent) - such as the parental visit episode ("Eww! Its so slimy . . . do I really have to touch it?")
