I LOVE the art styles to these games. I like the colorfulness of it. The art styles alone make the games worth playing. Could you guys tell me some good games that are similar to this? It doesn't have to be a FPS. It could be anything really.

You mean Cel-Shaded in general? Ok, here's a few...
Tales of Symphonia
Tales of Vesperia
Punch Out! (Wii)
The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
No More Heroes
Okami (Wii version especially. The PS2 version's color palette is rather muted)
Addendum: before anyone goes and suggests "Borderlands", remember that despite that game being cel-shaded the actual color palette is brown, darker brown, and gray.

I've been meaning to buy Mirror's Edge. Will seek out a PS3 version tomorrow.

If I remember right Crackdown had that sorta vivid color look instead of the brown/gray gritty style common in many FPS/TPS.
