What are your favourite hugging scenes?

Because I just saw it and it's fresh in my mind:

Episode 9 of Girl's High, when Ogawa is clinging to Himeko while they sleep at the slumber party for Kouda. It's adorable. :catgirl:

Renton hugging Eureka in episode 35 of Eureka Seven to comfort her when she loses the will to fight. They hug many times after this before finally kissing in the final episode, but after over half a series of Renton constantly putting his foot in his mouth and blowing all his attempts at affection, this is one of the first times he says and does exactly what Eureka needs at the moment.

A new favorite is from episode 4 of Spice and Wolf, where Lawrence awkwardly embraces Holo so tightly that he nearly suffocates her. :bigsmile:

The Third (The Girl With the Blue Eye)
episode 2: At the mid-way point. Honoka catches Millie and spins her around. It's joyous and very cute.
episode 5: At the end, same characters as above. But this time it 's emotional and moving.

I'll always enjoy those two moments...

Cardcaptor Sakura

episode 37: Sonomi Daidouji actually quiets down a moment and shows she does have some maternal instinct. Tomoyo's expression in that scene is just great.
