I'm making a list of female characters that have this characteristic: Their love interest (mostly male but may include female if this is a yuri anime)acts extremely ecchi resulting in the said love interest constantly getting the full brunt of the girl's anger (which may include physical violence). And yet in apparent contradiction, we see that the girl herself has ecchi fantasies of her love interest.

The only one I can think of right now is Sohara from Sora no Otoshimono. She's constantly pummeling the male lead when he tries to peep on her but at the same time in one episode, we see that she clearly has sexual fantasies about him.

Any other characters like that?

If what happens is as you describe then I think there's a difference between having a sexual fantasy about someone and peeping on them in the shower/changing room/other situation where they're naked and they haven't invited you to look at them. I don't like it when characters whether female or otherwise attack someone for stealing their pants from the washline or peeping on them without assaulting them or whatever but I still don't think sexual harrassment is acceptable (granted if you were stealing someone's underwear because you had no clothes that would be different), whereas I see no issue with somebody fantasising about having sex with someone/them naked.

This one is a little tough.

Nankorobi did get angry with Chitose quite a bit. But, I don't really remember her having echii fantasies about him. Usually her thoughts seemed a bit tame?

More to the point, she never got mad at him (that I recall) for being a letch, peeping on her, groping her, whatever. Usually she was made at him for ignoring her, avoiding her, or escaping from her (i.e. showing a complete and utter lack of interest in her)

I'm having trouble coming up with a good example of the subject title. I can think of one thats kind of the opposite though. Inukami - Keita is a total letch...to everyone BUT Yoko. Which drives her nuts and leads to lots of punishment :P
