NIS America is set to put their first two releases out on July 6th and they're making the price worth it for those who want these premium editions they're launching with. Information surfaced on their Rosenqueen retail site today and it's worth noting there's an extra bonus if you order direct from them:

There is no article link on the first post. Here is the LINK (http://www.mania.com/toradora-persona-premium-editions-detailed_article_121333.html).

That's kind of disappointing- but large because I was hoping for a plush Tenori Tiger to be the 'Premium' :P. Of course, there's still the possibility that there'll be something special for the RosenQueen pre-orders...

RQ's is a poster.

But there is still hope for the second set.

Yeah a double sided poster with 1 side being Toradora! and the other is a poster for the Persona -trinity soul-. It does make me anxious to see what they have in store for the 2nd set because with NIS it could be anything.

I hope there's a regular edition as well, since there's nothing in the Premium Edition that really makes we want to buy it other than the show.

But for those who want artbooks and a box, it sounds like they are trying to make this worth your money.

The artbook was the deal clincher for me. I'm starting to collect artbooks and the Toradora one would be a nice addition to my collection.

Maybe Rightstuf might or Amazon but I think for now it's strictly just Premium Editions for at least Rosen Queen but chances that others might have a regular edition are slim if NISA doesn't even do it on their Rosen Queen store. Plus if there was a regular edition it would of been announced at the same time but we know that NISA just loves Premium Editions lately with their 1st being Ar Tonelico 1 for PS2.

FYI, Amazon.com at the moment isn't listed by NISA as one of the online retailers that will be stocking either releases. So far the online retailers will include Anime Castle, AnimeNation, RACS, RosenQueen, and TRSI.

Pre-ordered Toradora from TRSI. Wasn't aware of the poster deal with NIS until after I ordered, but it wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me. I'd rather spend the money with TRSI anyway.

That seems like a ridiculously good deal for that price. I was expecting Bandai Visual USA-levels, but it's more like sub-BEI on their Premiums. Neither show may be on my watch rader (perhaps a slight exception for Persona), but as far as future licenses, NIS seems like an intriguing name to keep watch for (just so long as their subtitles are accurate and bereft of spelling errors...).

Toradora pre-ordered from RosenQueen. The bonus isn't that much of a draw, but while I could have gotten it a bit cheaper (especially since their shipping is a bit high with only fairly fast options...) from TRSI, I felt like supporting it a bit more by ordering it directly from them.

I'll be getting Toradora, but I don't think I want the poster badly enough to pay the premium price for it. The art book sounds like a nice extra, though. I'm picturing something like the art book that came with the original Ar Tonelico.

My money is going to NIS even have to pay the high priced shipping, plus tax for being in California not sure about other states.
