ICv2 is reporting (http://www.icv2.com/articles/news/17172.html) that the New York Stock Exchange has sent notice to 4Kids (as well as Blockbuster) that the company may be delisted from the exchange due to low capitalization. The NYSE has pretty standard rules they adhere to with what's involved with delisting so after the recent conference call and news about the company, which was precipitated by their venture with the Chaotic property...

Not particularly shocking given their state but with the moves they have made (or at least what was announced) they may stave off disaster and make it back on the list if their property becomes a hit.
Blockbuster on the other hand is just circling the drain from what I have gathered reading stories of their stock prices and the waves of closings that have been going on. Though I do fear that may help hasten the demise of physical media which I tend to prefer.

I didn't even know that 4Kids was still listed on the NYSE. I though they would be off by now.
And Blockbuster is as good as gone.
