Pretty much nothing got solved, unless I'm missing something here. It was pretty good and worth the money, still a little disappointed though. Does the manga cover more ground?

The manga definitely covers more, the anime only runs up to volume 6 of the manga. Currently 25 volumes have been released in Japan and it's still ongoing.

It could my wishful thinking but perhaps they're waiting for the manga to end before making another season(s) (isn't the manga over in Japan ?).

Or perhaps it will join the list of shows that enjoyed but never got a sequel (until now) such as: Guyver, Trinity Blood, Claymore....etc :depressed:
