More Overseas Goodness

Today, the second of what now appears to be four packages that I'm expecting from overseas in the next few days arrived.

This time around, Hobbylink Japan was having an "end of the year" sale on their site, with numerous items having their prices slashed for the sale. During this sale, I ended up ordering two of the figurines that were on sale, and today, both of them arrived in the mail.

The first figurine is of Himeko, the ahoge-sporting genki girl from Pani Poni Dash. One of the main reasons for picking this one up is due to the little Becky that's hiding behind Himeko's leg as she poses. As usual, here's a picture of the figurine:



The other figurine that I ordered from this sale is of Otoha from Sky Girls. Last year, I ordered an "alternate color" figurine of Karen (from the same show) from HLJ. Hence, when I saw that "regular color" Otoha was on sale, I decided that since I already bought one Sky Girls figurine already, I should buy another one, and hence I added her to my HLJ order. All that's left of the Sky Girls trio is Eika. Once again, here a picture of the figure:



One thing's for sure: I'm definitely in the holiday spirit, what with my recent purchases, Xmas in three days, and Magfest next weekend.
