Azusa Plush

It's been a while since a while since I've done a blog post about an anime-related item that arrived in the mail (although I did mention my purchases from my trip to Katsucon last month). Luckily, that drought is coming to end with the following post.

Some time last year, I found out about the third set of K-On! plushies that were being released. Included in this set (along with another plushie of Yui) is a plushie of Azusa (or as she's better known, Azunyan), the young guitarist that joins the club/band during the girls' second year of high school. Following in the footsteps of my purchase of Yui and Mugi last year, I decided to pre-order this plushie given the popularity of K-On! at the moment (especially with season 2 starting up next month). Unlike the previous pre-order, which was done via an eBay dealer, I order the Azunyan plushie from Play-Asia.

Today, the plushie arrived via UPS. Actually, it's likely that plushie may have come yesterday, but given how I had to work yesterday and the fact that my family has to sign for any object that comes via UPS following an incident where an incident a few years ago where an ordered Xmas gift ended up being delivered at the wrong house, no one was there to sign the delivery confirmation item.

UPS story aside, Azunyan has arrived in the mail, and she's currently with the other K-On! plushies that I have. As usual, here's a picture of Azunyan in all her plushie goodness (I apologize for the "rice bowl" shot):
