Crunchyroll mobile streaming (somewhat) FTW!

I recently upgraded myself to a new phone and I decided to get the HTC Thunderbolt which can take advantage of Verizon's 4G network.
I remember finding out that Crunchyroll has an app for Android and I thought that would be awesome to have since I can watch stuff on the go. With my phone rather large display (4.3") coupled with the fast data network, I decided to give the app a whirl.
Now, for Android users, you actually need to have a premium account. Whatever...I signed up to play around with it. Besides some random force closing, the fact that the app is not even at version 1 yet, and not everything is encoded, yet, I have to say that I am impressed. The picture quality is okay (not as good as say putting a decent quality DVD rip on the phone). The PQ should vary with signal strength.
I just hope with the continued development, the app becomes more stable and the picture quality gets a little better (there were some people asking CR to do better encodes).
Now, whenever I find myself killing some time at a Starbucks or somewhere outside of my house and I have cell signal, at least I can catch up on my anime watching. What a crazy world we live in now....
