There's been a ton written about this game, probably more so then could fit ten books, but today I felt like talking about it.
I've beaten it before both on GBA and SNES, but something keeps bringing me back to it. I've recently considered even buying it for my third time for my Wii. Which brings about this very conversation.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was released in American on April 13th, 1992. Yes believe it or not in a few days this game will be sixteen years old.
. The game takes the young elf link and follows his adventures in Hyrule to save the princess Zelda and defeat the evil Ganondorf. At the time it featured state of the art graphics and sound and remains to this day one of the finest examples of gaming on any console. period.
Now that I've done this write up I'm almost certain I'm going to purchase the game for sadly a third time. I mean even with emulators there's nothing like actually playing the game the way it was meant to be played. Anyone else have any thoughts on whether another purchase is worth it? Anyways, the game has been praised to death but I'm also going to give it a perfect 10.
The game is available on SNES, GBA, and Wii virtual console.
