Awesome! I loved the first series even though it was a low budget production. I thought it was fun & silly. Hopefully the sequel won't take itself too seriously.

I couldn't get this to loop exactly right. The original animation is quite well drawn and there weren't many areas to fold over and loop. Still...it was a cute scene and she was my favorite character.

Hmmm. Things might become a bit bumpy in the celluloid world. It should be interesting to see how the current economic cyclone further affects the Japanese entertainment industry. AnimeNewNetwork has published some interesting "re-orgs" of anime companies lately (US and Japanese) and I'm sure Chris B. has put out a few notes on how the credit crunch has slowed the US market.

I often wonder about wonder and wonder...

I began posting this tinfoil hat conspiracy of mine on another blog, but I thought I'll continue it here so I wouldn't derail the other thread. Basically I think I'm seeing a lot of Blue Popsicles in anime. Example:

See that in her hand. Blue Popsicle. Now, I understand the Freudian oral symbolism that Popsicles represent in...
