Christmas Comes Four Days Early

Xmas doesn't take place until Friday, but already, I've already began getting a number of things.

-Due to the blizzard that happened this past Saturday, federal government had the day off today. Hence, I don't have to work today. While the only downside is that I'm not going to have that much money in the paycheck that I'll get in two weeks (when compared to my usual paycheck), that means I'm able to get a few things earlier than expected.

The Toys R Us "Buy 2 Video Games, Get 1 Free" Sale

As you probably know, Toys R Us this week is having a sale in which if you buy two video games, you can get a third one for free. Well, the last three days have been very busy for me due to the sale, and it looks like it's not going to end anytime soon. To give you an idea of what's been happing, here's a rundown of the last three days:

More Large Figures

A few months ago, I talked about how I was beginning to become a buyer of larger anime figures (i.e the PVC kind). Well, today two more figures came in the mail for me, both of them ordered from Hobby Link Japan (I've been shopping from them ever since the fourth Negima Figumate set came out). I've Finally Joined the Playstation 3 Nation

Well, it's been a busy 31 days for me. Part of the reason: I have a new part-time job cleaning out a database for a local organization. I only work two days a week (giving me time to continue working at the farm as well), but it pays very well at $10/hr. With that in mind, I decided that with my first two paychecks, I was going to complete the "current generation" trifeca by buying a Playstation 3.
