Tonight, while I had Volume 2 of Aishiteruze Baby in one hand, a smoked porter from a local microbrew in the other hand, and a copy of Nadja's Touched blaring from my headphones, three very scary ideas crossed my mind:

"I hope nobody else does this as often as I do."

I just got back from a midnight screening at my local arthouse theater, where I saw something remarkable: rows of seats filled with jaded college students and twenty-somethings, ever so subtly but ever so surely swaying in unison to the music of the "Totoro" closing theme. And maybe not even realizing it.

Thank you, Tivoli Theater, for making me feel two whole decades younger -- even if it was just for 90 minutes.

Music misprice of the year? The Complete Led Zeppelin (MP3) for $9.99

One of the eagle-eyed posters at the DVD Talk forum noticed that, as of this writing, Rhapsody's MP3 store is selling The Complete Led Zeppelin for $9.99. For reference, Amazon.com and iTunes are asking $96.99 and $99.99 respectively for the same title in digital form. (The closest physical product is the 10-disc Complete Studio Recordings box, which runs $77.97 at Amazon.com and doesn't include the live releases.)

I'm guessing this is a price mistake where somebody tried to set a...
