I'm a very thoughtful person. Well, I think a lot at least. This means that my mind is often preoccupied by many, many thoughts during the course of the day. It gets very distracting, to say the least. Hopefully, this will help as some sort of outlet. Maybe.

Before we begin, a little personal history:

My first real exposure to anything Dirty Pair was the trailer for "Dirty Pair Flash: Mission 2" on the Slayers: The Motion Picture VHS tape. Out of all the trailers I saw, that stood out the most for me. Before the title came up at the end, both me and my friend were wondering what the hell this show was. Whether or not that affected my preference, I have no idea. But the fact is, when I saw the OVA series starring the "Classic"...

More Shopping Confessions, or "How Hazuki Owned My Wallet"

It all began a few years ago. I happened upon the anime series "Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase" On-Demand. They only showed the first 2 episodes as a preview, but within those 40+ minutes or so I had absolutely fallen in love with Hazuki. She was so adorable and bratty, I think I experienced Moe before I even knew what it was. Every smile and pout she made melted by heart. Unfortunately, I never really got into the series. I saw a few random episodes here and there on TV, but that was it.

I just got in my Eureka Seven singles from the Bargain Bin at RightStuf on Monday. I got the SEs for volumes 1 and 7 and the REs for the rest. I'm of the party that loves the box art and the overall design. However, in noticing the alliance emblems on the bottom halves of each, my overactive mind came to a realization: there's a theme to these boxes!

The first box prominently features Renton and Gekkostate members, and even has the group's logo/emblem on both sides of the bottom...

I'm pretty green when it comes to avatar making, at least compared to a lot of the people here. However, it's a fairly fun and rewarding experience to put together decent avatars. That's why I always use ones that I put together myself. I'm a prideful one.

However, I ran into a little trouble while making an avatar of the character Wendy Garret of Gun X Sword. If you'll take a quick look at this link, you'll see that the girl has MASSIVE braided pigtails. In my attempts at making...

Good god, my poor wallet... (Confessions of an Internet Shopping Newbie)

I... I don't know where I went wrong. I finally relented and got myself a checking account about a month ago. I thought that if I didn't have the money on me, I wouldn't spend it as much. "Out of sight, out of mind", y'know? But I suddenly find myself buying more and more than I ever did.

It started innocently enough. I checked out RightStuf, as I had heard good things about them. Bargain Bin, huh? Oh, Gun X Sword! I've been interested in that for ages, so I guess I can...
