Utau Shoujo no Full Score.

Illustrations are by Tanihara Natsuki, who was the character designer for D.C. II (Yume, Minatsu, and Sakura). She was also the character designer for Tantei Opera Milky Holmes (and Canvas3).

From a summary someone wrote, it sounds like a silly story with a setting that reminds me of Index crossed with Ar Tonelico. Oh, and the main female is an imouto.

Yeah. I'm pretty much toast if this gets popular enough to be adapted...

PSP Recommendations?

I'm once again considering getting a PSP. I technically already have two games for it (Clannad Another Story & OreImo). However, I'm interested in knowing what's out there. Are there any RPGs that keep the Japanese voices? I'm having a difficult time finding out if there are any or if certain titles never had voices in the first place (like say The Legend of Heroes). If anyone knows of any, beyond Disgaea Infinite, I'd appreciate it. Oh, and I'm mostly not interested in buying remakes of games...

Thoughts on Streaming

I'd like to think we can all agree with the following:

#1 Anime costs money to make and someone has to pay for it.

#2 Legal streams are much better for the industry than fansubs.

#3 The people that rip legal streams, trying to "stick it to" the man, are generally dicks.

#4 Some of the people that download rips would use legal streams if they could. Either out of ignorance of the legal alternative, format issues, or region restrictions....

Favorite iDOLM@STER Videos

There's a lot of good ones out there, but two come to mind immediately.

First, there is Hentai Taren no susume, which is basically every insult Iori has said strung together in non-stop, pure awesomeness. Well, I suppose I shouldn't call it a video. Nevertheless, I love it. Great to listen to before bedtime!

Secondly, I'm pretty fond of Danketsu, since it manages to capture the entire cast's personalities in one song.

As far as dance songs go, I confess...
