With the closing of the first round of voting, I will now tell you about some of my plans for this Anime Draft. First of all, let me introduce you to my entry character, Azumanga Daioh's Chiyo Mihama. Affectionately called Chiyo-chan, she may be only 10 years old coming into high school, but she is smarter than most of us here. She skipped a ton of grades to get to high school.
