PlayStation Network Video Store Launches in Canada

I'm using this post simply as a way of getting around Zannen.ca's spam bot defense force.

So the PlayStation Network Video Store was launched in the US last June, and has been launched in Canada July 1. The Store has (almost nearly all American) movies, and tv shows in SD and HD. Content can be played on a PS3, PSP, or PC (via MediaGo). Log in before July 14, and get a free SD copy of that crummy Charlie's Angel movie (code to be sent via email).

Really convincing thread title huh? lmao

So I went to my very first convention this past weekend, FanExpo. Apparently it's one of the largest conventions in Canada (?). I went on Saturday and ended up getting a Deluxe pass.

While I missed most of the panels on Saturday 'cause I was in the dealers room, I did manage to get some cool stuff. I got some DragonBall Z Energy Drinks, Elemental Gelade complete collection, L: change the WorLd, and a print autographed by Transformers...

Manga Review: The Girl Who Leapt Through Time

Ranmaru Kotone's The Girl Who Leapt Through Time manga is the 2006 adaptation of the Kadokawa/Madhouse animated movie of the same name, which itself is an adaptation of the 1965/1966 Japanese novel The Girl Who Dashes Through Time by Yasutaka Tsutsui. So, in essence it's an adaptation, of an adaptation. The 193 paged, 5 chapter manga was just recently published by Bandai Entertainment's manga division....
