Why is Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt not the headline? :P

But on the subject of [C], it's a new simulcast from noitaminA, an original in a season where the other originals have been the best anime of the season so far. Yeah, I'm pretty excited about this. Not as much as the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt license, but few things could be as exciting as that to me.
