That release is not consider as a lunch box release. It's more of a mini briefcase.

great only for canada or the united states.for the dvd version and it will also happen for the bleuray. and again aniplex do not want my money. way to go aniplex.

TRSI ships anywhere except to Japan when it comes to imports w/ subs (Kenshin, F/Z etc.).

i have had also problems with madoka megica because i had bought vol 1 thanks to that
i could also order 2 and 3. and those you mention are japenese releases.
and madoka megica and durarara are sadly not .if they are happy that many
custummers oversee cannot buy their goods i am fine whit it.
