There'll be one *free* simulcast per season. Presumably plus others that the subscription covers.
Even if it was just the one paid-for simulcast, though, £35/yr beats the £44-ish/year ($70) TAN is...

Just checked this, and although it states region A, I put Mayoi Maimai in a region B player and it works. Probably the case with all of them, and I would suspect that the discs are region free...
