That's never exactly clear cut - saying "you" in am impolite manner can be considered equivalent to swearing in English.... that said Manga did used to have a habit of "fifthteening".

The Toshiba BDX-1200 can be had for £50 over here and you can easily switch BD region (and make it all region for DVDs) by installing Australian firmware....

Probably obvious, but you need to be able to play Region 2 PAL discs.

If it puts your mind at ease any, Manga UK discs don't have an anchor bay logo on them. Having all three logos on the discs suggests that the same master is being used in all three regions.

It may have been supplied like that - edits can vary between broadcasters and they will have to use whatever version is supplied.
