Yeah, I'm an episode behind since I'm not a paying Crunchyroll member, but there seems to be a backlash in this episode from the use of the trannies to the girls complaining about their weight.

Ehhhhh, not really. It's mostly a raunchy ecchi series in attempts to be "edgy" but ends up looking more embarrassing than the characters themselves. I'd say it's in a similar vein to High School...
