It is rather unusual that Bandai didn't go all out with the english track at least. But then again, they didn't even bother doing a 5.1 for Haruhi S2 or Gundam 00. Maybe they just don't care about...

This is a very good point. It was probably very difficult for companies like Seven Seas to get noticed when Tokyopop was clogging retail shelf space with mediocrity.
