Those listings are for discs 2 and 3. The offending special is on the first disc which, for whatever reason, isn't up on the BBFC site yet.

Mushi-shi is the best looking TV show I've seen. The animation is consistently fluid (because there isn't much action much of the movement is the sort of subtle character animation not often seen)...
