The runtime is listed at 78 minutes (1hour 18 minutes). That's the point where the Japanese credits end on the CPM NTSC (24FPS) DVD. If it was PAL (25FPS), it would be a couple minutes shorter.

Déclic Images/IDP does pretty good job with their encodes. Unless you thoroughly examined both R2E and R2J releases, I doubt you could tell the difference. But I dislike their practice of using...

Hmm.. That's the first time I've read something like that. The only way around that would be to arrange a partial refund transanction outside Amazon, but I wouldn't really recommend doing...
