Ahh man I hope NISA gets around to re-releasing s1 and s2 on Blu-ray, hell I'd double dip for such an amazing series. Once again, the packaging is beautiful and consistent (especially the art book)....

F/SN (the anime) is utterly boring, I dropped it after episode 1 and with much pushing by the fans, I read the VN. Holy cow, reading text + still images + audio is much better than DEEN's butchering...

Not picking this one up. Season 1 was hilarious and witty, but season 2 was just plain awful unless you consider female-on-male violence to be funny. Lacked all the charms of season 1.

I also checked out eBay and am currently bidding $22 (!!) for the Baccano DVD Boxset, the four singles and the artbox, bidding ends in a day! I may also double dip and buy the Blu-ray set...

Well, shoot once I get my paycheck I know what'll be preorder #1. Lovely box art, combo pack is a huge plus but the wait for part two will be painful. I didn't even consider the pins to be a bonus....

I think Steins;Gate may also get a DVD only release. Looking at ANN's listing for Steins;Gate lists "Kadokawa Shoten" and "Kadokawa Pictures" as producers.

Doesn't bother me, I don't buy Blu-rays...
