I think it's safe to say that Crunchyroll only managed to get the series from King Records by cooperating with Sentai.
If the series does well maybe King Records will be more open to simulcasting...

After some testing, I actually found out that all other pages have region restrictions too (30sai, Moshidora, Yugioh, Soft Tenni, A Channel etc). It's possible they simply added some region...

It seems pretty obvious that they are including the ongoing simulcasts in that number. Hopefully there is more than just Blue Exorcist to come though.

I tend to agree that the 3 other Aniplex titles will not be on CR if there is only 13 new titles, but I would still expect them to end up somewhere. After all Aniplex is definitely pro-simulcast,...
