Has any mah-jong centric anime series ever been licensed for R1? I assume people knowing or understand mah-jong (well, basic rules as the Japanese rules are bizarre as fuck) is a small niche among US fans.

Well, one can enjoy, a little more, the game playing part of Saki if you do know mahjong. But, what I asking was more in general than about Saki specifically.
