Adding GA discount to an order?
From the FAQ:
(Q) The e-mail confirmation does not list the 10% discount for my Got Anime membership. Instead it says, "There was no membership discount applied to this order." How can I get this corrected?
(A) Contact customer service. CS can credit you the discount amount, however this can only be done before anything in the order ships or until it has been completely shipped.
I really do not understand what the part in red is saying. Can anybody explain it.
Maybe it should be "after it has been completely shipped"?
But that would mean that the Got Anime? discount could be applied after the order has been paid. That does not seem right.
EDIT: Since there have been no comments I removed the part in red. I can add information later if needed.
