---End of FAQ info
Should "shipment" be "order" in the first line of the answer?
I know that the second paragraph needs some changes.
Is "Not yet shipped" used when nothing has been shipped?
"Partially shipped" or "Partially backordered" are used when some of the items have been shipped.
Does anybody know what the difference is between those two?
I have only one open order and it is "Partially backordered" with 5 of 10 items shipped.
