I have a question if I want to cancel some items from an order and add an item onto the same order can I do this? I completed an order but I want to make changes. So do I contact customer service and inform them of the changes I want, or do I cancel current order and re-order the items I want to keep + new item?
What I do when this happen is I go to the page of the said order and send them a message by clicking: Do you have a question about your order?
You may send a message to our customer care team
Then I ask them: Can you add this item to my order. Can you remove this item from my order. If I were you I would include the Item #.
