Agreed. Though as I've been watching some chatter, I suppose it shouldn't be too much a surprise that a popular Tezuka title like Unico was able to get fully funded, given DMP's success with Barbara.

Still, at the rate of which it was funded was something else entirely. I'd really love to see them extend out a bit more and try their hand at something non-Tezuka related. Osamu Tezuka titles shouldn't require Kickstarters, as they'll more than likely get by just fine via normal licensing venues and should sell decently enough. Regardless, great news for Tezuka fans (especially with this being an all-ages friendly title).
