Yeah, and their tendency to do this is why I don't like using their subs. And in the case of that one line, it didn't even make sense in context.

I'm pretty sure it was used more than once for Ichiko as well. "Fuck" really stands out in dialogue because its pretty strong language, isn't use very often, and is rarely justifiable. Yeah, she's supposed to sound like a course, like a thug/punk/gangster or something. Most translations don't feel a need to use f-bombs for those kinds of characters.
