That's weird, mine was perfect (as expected). Hope you manage to sort out the issue.
On a side note, I kept my Madoka LE's sealed untill vol. 3 arrived. Opened the first volume and there's a "factory made" dent on the BD disc which results in players not being able to read the disc. And.. obviously it's gone past the 90 day return thing that Right Stuf offers. Shitty $40 extra used to buy vol. 1 BD regular edition
