Obviously they always "want to" stream the first episode at the regular time, but they can't always do so. If a contract does not get signed in time to get materials mastered and subtitled for the regular simulcast slot, they just announce when the first one (or two, or few) will be coming out and when the regular simulcast slot will be, don't they?
And it seems as if sometimes a broadcaster in the pool insists that the international simulcast is after its broadcast. I don't know have the breakdown of satellite stations and regional superstations memories, but ANN links to this as the updated broadcast schedule
, and while Tokyo MX, TVK, TV-Aichi and MBS are on the 6th, it goes on AT-X on the 7th and BS11 the 12th, with TV-Achigo and GTX on the 17th.
