It is a bit of a shame because even when they had gaps recently, it could be attributed to working on movies. Now it just seems like they're doing absolutely nothing at all for the Winter season, beyond gearing up for whatever comes next.

- Easily the show I'm looking forward to the most. But ARMS is probably the crappiest anime studio alive, at least for me. Please don't fuck this up. Please. PLEASE.
(Hoods did a good job Nazo no Kanojo X, guys. HOODS! You can make something that is not just porn too! ...Maybe.)
Arms does what production committees pay them to do. They're known for fanservice anime, and execute that in a manner appropriate to the material and what their employers expected. So while not liking the shows is okay (and I dislike or am not interested in most of them), I don't think that means Arms themselves is bad at what they're hired to do. Given an adequate budget, I expect production values on this won't suffer.

More importantly: the director and writer both worked together on Ookami to Koushinryou (Spice & Wolf). Personally, that's all I need to know to have full confidence in the creative team.
