Suguha will probably realize that the relationship will never work and help Kirito - to see him happy at least. He'll probably explain exactly whats going on since they know each others identity.
Of course, the two will have to to figure out how to get past the guardians to get to the top of the World Tree.

Agreed. The fight with shots of Asuna from the past was a very nice touch. What love will drive someone to do. I'm glad that Kirito failed the first time since he was trying to brute force his way through the tower without a real plan. Sometime that doesn't work.
