^ That was only an assumption on my part. Probably incorrect. Whatever the case, there is an extremely minimal increase in aliasing in the Funi set so I figured it probably had to do with there being 7 episodes on disk instead of only 3 and that data was having to be more compressed (but nowadays I'm sure there's better methods in data compression).
Sasami is definitely my least favorite character in the Tenchiverse. So cute she makes me wanna'...
EDIT: I have 3 TV's in my house: LED, LCD, and CRT. The TV set I hadn't tried yet for these disks was the LCD. Turns out the aliasing is GONE when watched on my LCD. So, mileage may vary.
Also, the "TOYKO" misprint is only on the outside slipcover of the set. The spine and cover read correctly for the actual DVD case art.
