However, TBS says that after this Akiyama Mio birthday they will stop
K-ON!-related birthday events for the time being. I hate to say a thing which probably will disappoint you, but if 「ひと区切りとさせて頂きます」 'We will stop events for the time being' is a euphemism, it may suggest that TBS doesn't have a plan to broadcast a new
K-ON! anime now.
I respect your idea of waiting the third season, but ― er ― it might be not a bad thing to buy and read
K-ON! high school when it is released by Yen Press.
