It is indeed the kanzenban cover, though it holds the normal MSRP ($14.99) for all other 3-in-1 omnibus collections like Bleach, Naruto and One Piece.
However, as far as the difference in what the product will bring compared to its VIZBIG counterpart is unknown. Will it remove all previous censors? Will it contain extras or updated artwork that Toriyama supervised/did for the kanzenban releases?
